SETTING THE FOUNDATIONS: COJAK SHAPES Q-CONNECT®’S CSR TARGETS

Cojak believes in the power of participation. We laid the groundwork, collaborating to define Q-CONNECT®’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) targets

The first step was introspection, a shared vision forged during an intensive S.D.G. Workshop in Frankfurt with representatives from Q-CONNECT®’s six major stakeholders: EVO GroupLider PapelPBS holdingPlaisioWaser, and Wulff supplies. The result of this collaboration allows Q-CONNECT® to set goals for their value chain in the next years, including assessments and innovations, in order to enable sustainable growth and learning as a brand.

The result? Q-CONNECT® is now equipped to set ambitious goals for their value chain, encompassing assessments and innovations that align with their commitment to sustainable growth.

INTEGRATING SUSTAINABILITY INTO Q-CONNECT®’S DNA

Our responsibility didn’t end with setting goals; it extended to coaching the Q-CONNECT® management team and European members. The mission? Actively integrate sustainability into their business operations and core brand identity. This not only impacts Q-CONNECT® but has far-reaching effects on INTERACTION and all stakeholders involved.

We designed & developed a Q-CONSCIOUS website so that all European Q-CONNECT’s stakeholders can track their progress, learn all about the driving forces behind their commitment, the strides they have taken so far, and their vision for the future.

THE 3-PHASE BRANDING STRATEGY:

Cojak and Q-CONNECT® designed a comprehensive three-phase branding strategy:

1. Internal Branding Exercise: We ensured sustainability takes center stage in Q-CONNECT®’s long-term brand positioning, fostering uniformity and sustainability in their local and common assortment.

2. Redefining Brand Identity: We played a pivotal role in shaping a solid brand identity, ensuring uniformity in communication and marketing efforts.

3. Marketing Strategy and Communication Campaigns: We collaborated to develop a marketing strategy and communication campaigns for all European members, instilling long-term client commitment and confidence.
